Requirements (RFI/RFP)

The UKCCF can help you create your Requirements documentation. We take all of the hard work away.

We often find that our members and clients aren't really aware of what is available, what they need, or what they want. 

How often have you heard the statement "we need AI in our centre" and are still none the wiser what for, or indeed what it is?

We will help you discover what you have, what you need,what's not required and what's a "nice to have". We will then help you formulate your RFI/RFP and we will manage the whole process for you.

The UKCCF will suggest a number of suppliers, based upon your unique requirements, and then invite these suppliers to enter into the RFI/RFP process. Based upon the responses received the UKCCF will then present to you a "top three" based upon an agreed criteria.
